The main raw materials of artificial graphite include anthracite, coke and petroleum coke. These raw materials are processed through processes such as crushing, kneading, molding, carbonization and graphitization to finally make artificial graphite products. Specifically, after anthracite, coke or petroleum coke is crushed, coal tar and asphalt are added for kneading, then formed by extrusion or compression molding, and finally baked in an electric furnace in an airtight manner to obtain artificial graphite products.
In addition, the raw materials of artificial graphite powder mainly come from high-carbon materials such as petroleum coke and needle coke. After high-temperature carbonization and graphitization, these raw materials form high-purity graphite materials, which are then crushed, ground and other processes to finally obtain artificial graphite powders of different particle sizes
