Coal-based activated carbon is produced from high-quality anthracite or bituminous coal, with the following selection criteria:

 

Fixed Carbon Content:

≥75% (premium anthracite can reach ≥85%)

 
 

Ash Content:

≤10% (low ash ensures high adsorption performance)

 
 

Volatile Matter:

6-12% (affects activation efficiency)

 
 

Sulfur Content:

≤1% (prevents SO₂ emissions during use)
