Isostatic Pressing

150-200MPa pressure forms green bodies with density >1.80g/cm³

Multi-Stage Baking

Slow pyrolysis over 30-40 days (max 1300°C) with precise thermal profiling

Deep Impregnation

3-4 cycles using low-viscosity pitch to achieve final density >1.82g/cm³

Extended Graphitization

3200-3500°C treatment for 15-20 days using Acheson/Longitudinal furnaces
